Now with 18 years at Century 21 Bundesen, the high volume of properties she and Century 21
Bundesen currently manage verifies this success. Martha's commitment to excellence and
professionalism is also evident by spending over 90 hours in classroom instruction to earn the
California Association of REALTORS® Graduate REALTOR® Institute, a nationally recognized
GRI real estate designation. Martha completed an intensive series of 14 live lecture courses designed
to improve marketing and negotiating skills, learn the latest in technology, provide an understanding
of the new disclosures and legal aspects of real estate, and become familiar with the latest trends in
financing; all designed so that clients will be provided with the best service.

She can take tenants from renter status to homeowner status. “I’ve served many tenants,” said Martha,
“who didn’t realize they could be and have become homeowners.” She develops and maintains strong
relationships with all her tenants and landlords by providing a level of competent, thorough service her
clients trust.

As a licensed real estate agent, she can serve landlords wanting to transition their rental investment into
a real estate sales opportunity. In addition, she proves invaluable to landlords desiring to increase their
portfolios through 1031 exchanges. Once the purchase is made, Martha as the property manager gives

Martha continues to develop her skills through numerous channels. She shares: “I’d like to unleash the
public speaker in me. I am involved in Toastmasters and want to share my knowledge about real estate
sales and property management in order to bring information out of the dark.”

Martha is a volunteer with Petaluma Chapter of Realtors, is involved at the school her younger son attends,
is learning to play the guitar, and keeps fit with regular trips to her home gym.
